J & R - Glen Eden said - "We appointed Sandy Taylor as our real estate salesperson because my parents needed to sell their home in Glen Eden and go into a private hospital. Sandy went out of her way to keep them and ourselves informed, and even dropped in to see our parents in the hospital to keep them up to date. Our house became vacant and Sandy helped keep the house clean and tidy for them. One day, Sandy brought our mother some flowers and prior to giving them to her, Sandy went to the house and picked up one of our mother's vases so she could have them in her own vase at the hospital in her room. We believe Sandy did everything in her power to get a fair price and to get the house sold."

SS - Pt Chevalier said - "My mother needed to sell her home in Pt Chevalier so that she could move to Selwyn Village. My wife knew Sandy Taylor worked in real estate and was trusted within the industry. Sandy was helpful with Mum and made sure she was not inconvenienced at all. Open homes were booked around Mum’s schedule, and we as the children were kept informed every step of the way. Of course, with mums’ permission. Sandy knew the size of Mum’s apartment in Selwyn Village so was able to assist Mum in what furniture etc she should take. We felt that we had had someone we could trust and it was proved when the job was finished and both parties were happy."

E & S - Blockhouse Bay said - "Sandy Taylor was referred to me by my neighbour. I found Sandy to be very professional in her approach to the marketing of our property. Originally, we did not wish to sell by auction, but after listening to the rationale during Sandy’s presentation to us, we knew that to achieve a full market price, auction was the way to go. We were not disappointed in our decision to employ Sandy, the price that was achieved was more than our reserve price."

Dr KP New Lynn said - "My mother was admitted to a rest home and it was decided, as the market was moving downwards, that the family would put the house on the market. Sandy was recommended to contact. This I did as I live in Australia and could not always be here to look after the house. My brother lives in a community house so needed someone I could trust. The house was sold in just two weeks of open homes when I was sent an offer that was almost acceptable. I asked Sandy’s advice on whether it was a good offer. Her advice was, while there maybe more money to come if we had held another weekend of open homes, that the market was still falling and we had a genuine cash buyer who had offered within the range of the appraisal given. He spoke to his wife, who said “you went to Sandy because you trusted her,” then said” the bird in the hand is worth more than a bird in the bush”. We went ahead and accepted the price offered after one more increase in price. We were more than happy to listen as we watched as the New Zealand prices continued in a downward trend. Thanks Sandy."

L Somers, Titirangi said - " Sandy Taylor sold our home recently, (this is the 2nd house that Sandy has listed and sold for us) and was professional in all she did. Our sales turned out to be more difficult with council issues, then Sandy Taylor stepped in, and organized plumbers and others to assist. We found the selling of our house stressful with these issues happening and Sandy was able to keep us as calm as we possibly could be under the circumstances. We were more than happy with the advertising for the property and the photos definitely enhanced our chances of getting a good price. We took the house to auction. It was sold under the hammer with a couple of buyers trying to purchase the house against each other. We would have preferred a longer settlement date and Sandy was able to arrange for us to rent the property for a few more weeks. Sandy is a great salesperson to have on your team."

Chrissie and Lyndsay, Glen Eden said - "Sandy did everything in her power to sell our parents' home when they had to move to a rest home"

CH, Titirangi said - "Despite challenges with a hoarder's house, Sandy provided invaluable assistance, guiding the cleanup process and orchestrating private appointments. The house was sold at a value we were happy with."

K Polkinghorne, Surgeon, New Lynn said - "Living in Australia, I returned to NZ to sell my house due to my mother's move to a rest home. Sandy navigated complex circumstances with professionalism, going above and beyond my expectations from start to finish."
